How Pricing Works on fadafad.com
fadafad.com is an appointment booking platform that connects customers with businesses and service providers. Pricing for services is determined by the individual Business and displayed on their booking page.
1. Service Pricing
- Each Business listed on fadafad.com sets its own pricing for the services it offers.
- Prices are displayed on the booking page before you confirm and pay.
- All prices shown are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
2. Platform / Booking Fee
- fadafad.com may charge a nominal convenience or booking fee on certain transactions. This fee, if applicable, will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment.
- fadafad.com currently does not charge any additional booking fee to customers.
3. Payment
- Payments are processed securely through Razorpay.
- Accepted payment methods: Credit Cards, Debit Cards, UPI, Net Banking, and Digital Wallets.
- Full payment is collected at the time of booking confirmation.
4. Taxes
All applicable taxes (including GST) are included in the displayed price unless explicitly mentioned otherwise on the booking page.
5. No Hidden Charges
What you see at checkout is what you pay. There are no hidden charges or fees beyond what is displayed during the booking process.
6. Refunds
Refunds are processed in accordance with our Refund and Cancellation Policy. Transaction fees and taxes may be non-refundable where applicable.
7. Price Changes
Businesses may update their service pricing at any time. However, the price at the time of your confirmed booking will be honoured and will not change after payment.
