3. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation by Business

If a Business cancels your appointment for any reason, you will receive a full refund (100%) of the booking amount, processed automatically.

Refund Method

All refunds are processed as Source Refunds — the amount is credited back to the original payment method used during booking (credit card, debit card, UPI, net banking, or wallet).
