1. About fadafad.com
fadafad.com is an online platform that enables users ("Customers") to discover and book appointments with registered businesses and service providers ("Businesses"). We act as an intermediary facilitating the booking process and payment collection.
2. Eligibility
By using fadafad.com, you confirm that:
- You are at least 18 years of age, or have parental/guardian consent
- You are capable of entering into a legally binding agreement
- The information you provide is accurate, current, and complete
3. Account Registration
- You may be required to create an account to book appointments.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You are liable for all activities conducted through your account.
- Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
4. Appointment Bookings
- Bookings made through fadafad.com are subject to availability and confirmation by the respective Business.
- A confirmed booking constitutes an agreement between you and the Business for the selected service at the specified date and time.
- fadafad.com facilitates the booking and payment but is not the provider of the service itself.
5. Check-In and Punctuality
fadafad.com is built on a simple principle: appointments should be respected by both parties. Our platform creates mutual accountability so that customers and businesses value each other's time.
Customer Check-In
- You are required to check in at the business premises before your scheduled appointment time.
- If you check in late, the Business may place you on a waiting list or reschedule your appointment. No refund is provided for late check-in.
Business Punctuality Guarantee
- If a Business is 3 to 10 minutes late in starting your service, you are entitled to a 25% refund while still receiving the service.
- If a Business is more than 10 minutes late, you are entitled to a 50% refund while still receiving the service.
- The punctuality guarantee applies only when the customer has checked in on time.

6. Payments
- All payments are processed securely through Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway.
- Accepted payment methods include credit cards, debit cards, UPI, net banking, and digital wallets.
- Prices displayed on the platform are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- We do not store your card or banking details on our servers.
7. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund and Cancellation Policy. Please review it before making a booking.
8. Failed Transactions
If a payment fails and any amount is debited from your account, it will be automatically reversed by your bank within 5–7 business days. If the reversal does not occur within this period, contact us for assistance.
9. User Responsibilities
As a user of fadafad.com, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and truthful information during booking
- Arrive at the premises and check in before your scheduled appointment time
- Understand that late check-in may result in waiting or rescheduling with no refund
- Treat Business staff and premises with respect
- Not misuse the platform for fraudulent, illegal, or unauthorized purposes
- Not attempt to interfere with or disrupt the platform's functionality
10. Business Responsibilities
Businesses registered on fadafad.com are independently responsible for:
- The quality and delivery of their services
- Starting services on time — delays of 3+ minutes trigger automatic partial refunds to the customer as per our Punctuality Guarantee
- Maintaining accurate availability, pricing, and service descriptions on the platform
- Honouring confirmed appointments or providing full refunds upon cancellation
- Complying with all applicable laws and regulations
fadafad.com does not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of services provided by Businesses listed on the platform.
11. Intellectual Property
All content on fadafad.com — including text, graphics, logos, design, and software — is the property of fadafad.com or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without prior written permission.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- fadafad.com is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
- We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform.
- We are not responsible for the actions, omissions, or conduct of any Business or service provider listed on the platform.
- Our total liability in any matter arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific booking in question.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless fadafad.com, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of your breach of these Terms or misuse of the platform.
14. Dispute Resolution
- Any disputes arising from the use of fadafad.com shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation.
- If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
- These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and courts in Chennai shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
15. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to fadafad.com at any time, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in any activity that may harm the platform, its users, or Businesses.
16. Modifications
We may revise these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of fadafad.com after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
17. Severability
