• The confirmation will include the appointment date, time, service details, and the Business's address.
• The service will be delivered at the Business's location at the scheduled appointment time.

2. Booking Confirmation

• A booking is confirmed only after successful payment processing.
• If payment fails, no booking will be confirmed. Any amount debited will be automatically reversed by your bank within 5–7 business days.

3. Digital Communications

All booking confirmations, reminders, and updates are delivered digitally via:

• Push notifications
• In-app notifications

4. No Physical Shipping
